Recently received a software update, and immediately experienced glitches and power issues.
Now the screen is completely black and unresponsive.
I called Samsung and really didn't get my questions answered after troubleshooting attempts failed.
I have care+ and wanted to know what to expect?
Claim process? Turnaround? Deductible fees?
If this is repairable or not?
I have the option to repair, replace, or refund.
