Defective front load washing machine

 2y old Samsung washer. On spinning makes insane crazy noise. As you can see in the picture it melted and part disconnected from spinner. Absolutely outrageous! Any suggestions or parts number that I need to look for? TIA

Check the drum bearings. If the bearings are going to **bleep**, the drum will wobble hitting the door. The bearings look like wheels that support the rotating drum. If you lift the entire top up, you can grab the drum and check the play.
