Mine is the same way right now. I've been too busy to do it but I went to YouTube and i think the problem is my drum belt probably snapped or at least is frayed enough to result in current status.
I went to ifixit.com (I think) when my Samsung washing machine took a **bleep**, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and with YouTube, fixed it myself!
