My Flexwash model WV55M9600A upper washer door will not unlock.  It ran through the cycle fine, but the door will not unlock.  I tried running the rinse/spin cycle to try to see if it would unlock, but it didn't work.  I've unplugged it and waited 5 minutes before plugging it back in and it still will not unlock.  I've tried opening while it is turned on, while it is turned off and nothing is working.

Oh no!  Let's help you get that back opened again.  I'll be providing you with a link to assist with that: http://publish.samsungsimulator.com/simulator/03080ab1-e80d-4103-82f5-8580e0b96559/#!topic/maintenan... the door staying locked is usually an indicator that there is a water inside of the machine.  You'll need to access the emergency drain hose and drain the water.  I highly suggest having a bowl and towel available so that you can catch the water.

If this doesn't work, don't hesitate to send me a private message so that we can schedule a technician out.  http://bit.ly/2ihPL97
