Washers and DryersHi I'm new here cuz I just got my washer and dryer set last night hooked it up did a load this morning wash your works beautifully dryer thumped and had a slight foul odor. The thumping honestly sounded like tennis balls or a pair tennis shoes inside the dryer. Neither we're in there. So I ran the code, the code said that there was clothes in the drum I checked was nothing inside the drum. We ran the code still said that there was closed inside the drum. I did a vent clean nothing was there. And now I am out of suggestions for myself. Has this happened to anybody else does anybody have any suggestions for me maybe

Hello and thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding the noise concern. The dryer is absolutely not suppose to operate as such, with loud "thumping" sounds. We strongly recommend stopping the usage of the dryer IMMEDIATELY to prevent any physical damage that can occur. We also encourage you to contact the installer and/or the retailer and have the dryer thoroughly inspected before resuming use.
Furthermore, we, moderators, are here to assist regarding this matter, and you can private message us by clicking on the chat option with your full model and serial number to proceed.
