I am having hard time with my Top Load Samsung Washer model WA50K8600AV/02.
We've checked all the hoses, valves, connectors, pump, filters, all the common things to check. Everything seems to be fine. And no error codes come up. But when I try to start a load it does all the clicking it usually does. But wants to drain right away? Even when there is no water in the tub. And after about a minute it just stops. The time is still showing on he screen but nothing more happens. It won't fill with water or spin? I don't know what to do at this point. I had a friend come look at it that works on them and he is lost as to what is wrong. I did notice the door doesn't seem to close like it use to? It use to snap close. Everyone else in my household says it never did? So maybe I am losing my mind, but I'm pretty sure it use to? But it don't now. But when I do hit start, the door does lock. Just doesn't snap close. I read that could prevent it from filling? But I understand it to be only if the lock doesn't engage? Which it does!! Please help? It's about 6 years old so I know it's prob on its last days anyway. But if I can fix it for a reasonable price I'd rather do that! And get as much use as I can before having to purchase another!!
