I have noticed the Self Clean function on my WF45K6500A front load washer takes 3 hrs 50 min. I was told by customer support that the duration is depends on the sensors and the computer in the unit then sets the duration. I would like to see the flow chart identifying the sensors and the logic. It may be that a sensor is is going bad or a single item could be cleaned to avoid the humongous duration. Seems odd that the cleaning cycle would take so much longer than the nominal wash.
