Washers and DryersI have a top loading washer that is 4 months old. It is not performing a rinse cycle. It does the washing part fine, spins, then puts about 4" of water in the tub. It does not agitate. The tub may move slowly around 2 or 3 times but sometimes it doesn't. The clothes stay plastered to the side of the tub and never touch the water. After about 2 minutes it drains the water, spins for over 30 minutes, then turns off. Repairman replaced mother board and pressure plate 4 days ago and it still does not perform a rinse cycle. (I have to stop it after the wash portion and change to "Rinse and Spin" in order to rinse my laundry.)
My drain hose goes into a sink. It is not kinked or blocked in any way. It's 36" above the floor. In order to get the hose to the sink I had to remove it from the round, white bracket near the top of the machine. I don't think that matters (and neither did the repairman) but since it's the only change made to the machine I'm mentioning it. Any ideas what is causing this machine to not fill correctly for the rinse cycle and then not agitate?

Washers and DryersUpdate: after 6 repair visits Samsung declared my washer "unrepairable". Now I am fighting to get Samsung to tell me how much they will refund me. They offered an amount that is 71% of what I paid. I have rejected that offer. I have twice provided documentation showing what I paid. Note: Samsung will only accept this documentation via TEXT. I think the diminished resolution on the text makes the receipt very hard to read so I've also written a letter (sent via TEXT photo) explaining each line item. This battle has been going on for a month now.
My dryer, also purchased in 10/2021 intermittently shuts off after 4 minutes of operation. I have a service appointment set up for June 21, 2022. I told the scheduler the dryer is not displaying an error code. He said if their diagnostics don't show an error code there's nothing they can do. I told him the washer doesn't show an error code but is clearly malfunctioning. He then helpfully (sarcasm) explained that washers and dryers are different machines and do different things.

Washers and DryersAdditional update: Samsung approved a refund for my purchase price. Now I'm waiting for the email that sets up the refund. I have been told this portion will take about 10 business days.
