I have a washer that decided to just stop and lock out clothes in it was stuck at 360 in left and just said spin but wasn’t spinning we tried powering it on and off and it wouldn’t restart or start a new cycle it would just ding and it would not drain and unlock so we had to drain it out the bottom and pull the top cover off to unlock the latch and get the clothes out now it just powers on all the buttons work but when we try to hit start with the door closed it will not start it just dings like the door is open
