Washer won't start a cycle

The washer will turn on but will not start a cycle. It clicks the lock but then it does nothing. At one point it was giving me a U6 code and blinking the number 21. How do we reset this or clear this or get it to start?

Have you tried unplugging it for about 15 min ? Seems to be a type of reset on mine.

@MeredithofSA I believe the error code 21 indicates a water pressure or water level issue.

The error code U6 looks like it means unbalanced load.
