My wife has hated this washer since we got it. Sometimes it works correctly but most often not. It runs on and on with rinse and spin for hours. I have to shut it off and usually put it on the quick wash setting to get it to finish. I saw in your notes that there might be air in the lines. No air! Also reset the machine by unplugging the power and holding the start/ pause button for ten seconds. Neither fixed this issue. She wants it thrown in the ditch but as a life long mechanic I'm sure there must be a cure? Is there any recalls on this washer on this problem? Is there a fix for this issue? Thanks, Frank Ward

Washers and DryersSomeone please help!
Our washer (model num. WA422PRHDWR/AA) gets stuck in an infinite rinse and spin cycle. We've tried everything...even read through all these posts, but nobody ever stated what the solution was! Please help, this is super frustrating!

Washers and DryersOh no! Are you getting any error messages by any chance? If you haven't seen any and you've attempted to reset the washer by flipping the breaker to no avail, service would be the next step. Fell free to send us a private message if you would like to move forward with that process. http://bit.ly/2ihPL97.

Washers and DryersHello,
I have the same issue and some more... WA400p/jhdwr/aa 01 model. My washer gets stuck in the rinse spin cycle. Adds time. A normal load last night went for 83 minutes, about 20 minutes in gave code 3e, we cleared it, kept rinsing and spinning. I let it drain, put it on spin and it would spin for a minute or two, then stop, add the two minutes again, spin, add the two minutes again...you get the point. Help, this is so frustrating.

Washers and DryersWe found out that it was our dampers causing the issue!
Various appliance repair companies wanted to charge us upwards of $400 to repair the washer for us. However, we found the parts online and a youtube video and fixed it ouselves for about $60 and in less than 20 minutes.
You should give it a shot!

Washers and DryersMy front load goes from rinse to wobbly spin, resets timer, back to rinse repeats.
I see this is not an unfamiliar post but, I have yet to see an online solution. I've leveled, recalibrated, and invested 140 in parts (replaced shock absorbers) and the issues continue. The issue does not occur with an empty washer.
