What are the Dryer Side Vent Instructions?

New 7.5 cu. ft. Smart Electric Dryer, DVE50BG8300V, manual does NOT have side venting instructions.  Installers will NOT install side vent. Argh!

What are the instructions? (not included in dryer manual...Argh!)
