A Series & Other MobileHello Everyone,
Whenever I try to connect my Samsung Galaxy A 12 phone to my 3 pc's, each running Windows 10', I get a pop-up notice informing me that my device is not recognised.
I have taken it to three independent mobile phone technicians and they are unable to solve the problem.
Different connecting cables have been tried.
Checking and "cleaning" the cable socket on the phone has been tried.
Connecting to another PC has been tried.
None of the above was successful.
So, I ask if anyone knows the answer, I would be most keen to learn how to solve this.
Thank you.
Regards
Colin.

A Series & Other MobileHello Colin, We understand how frustrating it is when the phone is not recognized by the computer. Have you followed these steps, provided by Verizon, to enable USB debugging to allow the phone to be seen by the computer? https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-237584/
If the phone is still not seen by the computer(s), we recommend reaching out to Microsoft to see why the computer is unable to read the phone.
