Hello,

I have been a loyal Samsung customer for quite some time, owning devices like the S20 FE and the S6 Edge+ before upgrading to the S22 Ultra. Each of these phones has had features that made the smartphone experience incredibly enjoyable.

The phones offered expandable memory, clear screens, a convenient size, and a heartrate monitor, among other features. They also had practical elements such as a headphone jack for listening to the radio, a camera for casual photography, decent battery life, and the classic S-View cover. I particularly miss the old version of the S-View cover, as the current one for the S22 Ultra is disappointing in both material and usability. I even returned it immediately after purchase because it did not meet my expectations.

Despite the advancements in smartphone technology, I often miss my simple, old AT&T Go Phoneā€”a small, plastic Kyocera with an amazing physical keyboard and basic navigation capabilities. If Samsung were to release a phone with a full physical keyboard, I would purchase it immediately for work purposes. While the S22 Ultra excels with its camera, battery life, screen, DEX software, and multitasking capabilities, it is more than I need for everyday tasks.

Here is a list of features I would love in a new device:

  1. Navigation
  2. Music Player
  3. Spotify
  4. Radio
  5. Simple Camera
  6. Full Physical Keyboard
  7. Bright Screen
  8. Smaller size than the Ultra line
  9. Touch screen (optional but preferred)
  10. DEX support
  11. Ability to download Facebook Messenger
  12. Expandable Memory
  13. 5G + Hotspot
  14. USB-C
  15. Flashlight

And here are features I do not need:

    1. Stylus
    2. High-end graphics for gaming
    3. Brightest screen possible
    4. Largest size possible
    5. Top-tier camera
    6. Curved edges
    7. Glass everywhere
    8. Fingerprint scanner
    9. Premium speakers

Please consider offering at least one smartphone model with a physical keyboard. Iā€”and many others like meā€”miss the tactile experience of pressing actual keys.

I would love to know if someone at Samsung is developing something along the lines of what I'm describing.

      Thank you,

      Kevin

This is legitimately one of the strangest wishlists for a phone I've ever seen.
