A Series & Other MobileDoes this occur with all messaging apps?
Try wiping the cache partition, this will remove any lingering temporary data that might be causing issues.
- Turn off the device.
- Press and hold the Volume Up key, then press and hold the Power key.
- When you see Samsung Galaxy A11, release the Power key but continue holding the Volume Up key.
- When you see the Android Recovery screen, release the Volume Up key.
- Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
- Press Power key to select.
- Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
- When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
- Press the Power key to restart the device.
