I have an a11 and when I shut it off no matter what the battery is I will have to charge it and it power cycles till its at 100% how do I fix this

It Sounds like your battery is pretty much fried. An upgrade would be the best option at this point. I know the flagship phones are more pricey but it is very much worth it.
