A Series & Other MobileI have had galaxy a425g for about 6 months and it has worked perfectly, no drops, no water damage, etc. I did the most recent update and now the bluetooth has terrible connection quality. Anyone else?

A Series & Other MobileThank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your frustration with your Bluetooth connection quality decreasing and would be happy to look into this further for you. There could be a number of reasons why a Bluetooth device may randomly disconnect from your Galaxy phone or tablet. It could be that the device has a low battery, was moved too far away from the Galaxy device, or the Bluetooth function was accidentally turned off. This guide will go over different scenarios and helpful tricks.
Give this list a try for possible resolutions to the symptom you are experiencing: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01209182/
The next step I would recommend would be resetting the network settings. Please know this will delete any saved Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections that are saved on your device. Give these steps a try:
1. Go to settings > general management > reset
2. Go to reset network settings
3. Tap on reset, please know it may ask you for your biometrics for security purposes before resetting your network settings.
Another step to try would be wiping the cache partition on your device. The system cache partition stores temporary system data. It's supposed to allow the system to access apps more quickly and efficiently, but sometimes things get cluttered and outdated, so a periodic cache clearing can help make the system run more smoothly. Give these steps a try:
• Turn off the device.
• Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby key/power button
• When the Android logo displays, release all keys.
• An 'Installing system update' message will show for 30 - 60 seconds before the Android system recovery menu options appear.
• Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
• Press Power key to select.
• Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
• When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
• Press the Power key to restart the device.
If you have tried all the troubleshooting steps and are still experiencing these symptoms, the next step would be a service repair. For in warranty service: Please feel free to reach out to us directly via one of the following options and include a link to this thread.
