Can't cope with AI 5G PHONE

"New phone" AI ASSIST Samsung galaxy A55 5G..

AM I THE ONLY PERSON FROM 40 ABOVE WHO HATES THIS NEW PHONE.

Brought mine on contract in phone store, EE.

I'm taking it back to shop. I don't deserve a high tech phone.

I'm old school 😆 mid 50s menopausal post some what dyslexic and I'm on a speed boat with my brain 🧠 😅. 

I've sent my sim back to my old Samsung series 9 😄🤗 save and cosy...

But I want a new phone android or i phone. But it needs to me light weight and narrow so I can control it with ease...

Help I would love some additional information ty x

My phone is always optimizing and it locks the screen and doesn't let me continue and I don't know how to turn it off.

56 here and was prone to bad anxiety half a decade back. I realized that I can't fight the changes of the world. AI is here to stay. I'm not a fan of it, but I do roll with it and use what I find fun, wallpaper generator, for example, and I just turn off the others I don't want to use. But, everyone is different. I'm glad you found your solution

Buy an A series, they don't have the advanced AI the flagships have and you'll save $$ by not paying for all the features you don't use.
