Can't unlock phone , screen won't react

Since the new update can't unlock phone or open apps. One sucks. Makes me wanna get an iPhone. What am I suppose to do with a phone I have to beat on to unlock?

I am also having issues with the screen reaction times and loading web pages. I feel like I am back on dial up from the 90s.

I am now receiving the timed out messages or something went wrong. Plus when I am able to swipe the screen my phone starts **bleep**g out and stuttering or glitching. Its like the window closes and opens and closes and opens. I have had to shutdown and restart my phone over 6 times today due to this or just freezing in place. Great job on this update Samsung....not.

You should try to restart the phone or go to Samsung for help or text or call there services.
