Anyone know how to delete ALL data off Samsung members.

You would have to close your Members account via a web browser. Go to https://us.community.samsung.com and sign into your account. You may have to enable "Desktop view". Select your profile icon top right, then find My Settings. Under the "Personal" tab, select Close Account.
