Does the Weather app send notifications

Yes, the weather app sends notifications if you have notifications enabled for the weather app.
Tap "notification settings" to see if weather app notifications are enabled.

Just have suspicions but I also have notification history on too that helps a lot I don't like sneaky **bleep**

Unless you turn off TY he notifications it will send them to you from time to time
