A Series & Other MobileFor issues such as this, please try running in Safe Mode to check that none of your third-party apps is the culprit. If the problem remains while in Safe Mode then as a last resort please backup all your unsaved, locally stored files and factory reset, starting 'as new' in order to give the phone a fresh start.
If factory resetting doesn't help, Then service would be recommended. For service options, please reach out to us via one of the following options: 1.
