Galaxy A13 only plays one voicemail and stops accepting key entries

This is about my Galaxy A13 5G... which works great, except when playing back my voice mails.

It only plays one voicemail and stops accepting any keypad entries after that.

So, I have to re-call my voice mail to get the next message. Frustrating.

Any ideas or suggestions? Thank you!

I would contact your carrier you should be having options after each voicemail i.e save or delete etc

It gives me options but then doesn't respond to the option that I pick...as if I hadn't pressed on any option. Just keeps asking me to enter the option

May need to have the carrier reprovisuon the phone which means reset the settings and hopefully fix any flaws or problems you also try a soft reset and check your administrative settings in voicemail where has your pin and greeting options

Activate your voicemail: If you can't check your voicemail, you might need to activate it. You can try calling 1211 to activate your voicemail. 

Reset your voicemail password: To reset your voicemail password, you can:

Tap Settings 

Tap Change voicemail password 

Enter your existing password and tap Continue 

Enter your desired password and tap Continue
