Galaxy A14 acting buggy after exiting apps

After I leave apps & games, sometimes my home screen doesn't pop up for a few seconds:

My phone takes 5-7 minutes to fully load:

Sometimes, an app or game may crash:

Overall, my phone is just glitchy, are there any solutions?

Personally the a53 or a54 are good ones

Off top my head it can be mire or less not seen a recent price nut roughly 400 to 600ish being high side

Best buy or Walmart can get price on them I think as for speeding up your phone not too much can be done unless you have apps or something that are not being used that maybe added

Temporarily back up your phone then factory reset your phone makes your phone run 100 percent faster!

Not entirely correct if the same games etc get back on be same situation the ram is main issue
