I have had this phone for about two weeks. I'm going to be returning it. Screen shakes, and apps just pop open. Wont let you click on apps. I hit text on my daughter. It called her three times. Done updates, tried turning things off. Did setting reset. Nothing works. Not sure if they all act like this but I'm not happy with this phone. I'm not sure what else to try. I even did a factory rest. Nothing works, very upset with this phone!
I have this phone, and honestly, I'm hate the A15 from here on out. And the crazy thing is, it's cheaper than the A25, A35, and the A55. I also should've known it was going to be a horrible phone due to the price being $170-$180. So honestly I would rather not purchase any A Series device, S Series is WAY better. Oh I forgot to mention, I had this phone since June 3rd, 2024. Crazy right? Not even a year oldš
I ended up selling my a15 5g just for **bleep** and giggles bought it again, but I bought the UK version. So far, there are not many issues. It has frozen 2x, but I can quickly reset, and it's back to normal. The other 5g was a brick. Someone bought it for parts.
Me too. I have the same problem with my Galaxy A15 it bug so much. I can't return it because the withdrawal period has already passed. I'm really disappointed with this phone if you compare it to the a35 and a55. It's been since 2015 and my first phone was an S6 Edge I was always with Samsung even my old Galaxy Note 8 is better. I'm really disappointed with the phone. For me it's unusable so if you have the choice to choose another phone take another Samsung or another brand .

Straight talk won't even listen they say restart the phone,reset settings, then reset your phone,now they say factory factory reset the phone alot of trouble
