I recently got my Samsung A42...Original -(Verizon) phone unlocked & now my voicemail does not register. Holding one down says that voicemail # is wrong & to try again...same error message when I dial 123. Can someone please help. Thank you.
They may have set up a voicemail box for you when you switch and you may have asuumed it was just the same password as your old voicemail. You have to set up a new mailbox with your outgoing message and pin. If you do have a VM box, the number for it should be in your contacts under voicemail.
