I have begun having a problem with my Samsung Galaxy J7 Crown. For some reason it has quit accepting calls and messages like it has been turned off or something. Any ideas about a fix?
@Okiebb1953 I would suspect that your carrier has turned off their 3G service and have not configured their system to connect to your phone via 4G. Time to reach out to your carrier for help.
