A Series & Other MobileHi, I have a Galaxy A52s 5G and the screen is totally dead, no touch works and it is off.
How can I turn the phone off? I tried pressing the power button and holding down the volume down key simultaneously, but apparently the phone restarts, not turns off.
Thanks, Regards

A Series & Other MobileI tried to connect the cell phone to a TV, but no image was displayed, I guess it is because the cell phone does not support MHL.
Any other suggestions?

A Series & Other Mobileok that's a good idea, I'll try the usbc to hdmi method and then I could turn it off with the buttons without needing the touch screen.
