I haven't done anything different to my phone but add renewal monthly data through customer service what do I do

Hello all, I am sorry to hear of your connection difficulties preventing phone calls, and can understand the inconvenience. Like what @VerbumVeritum recommended, I would recommend resetting your network settings, in addition to restarting your device. This guide has some general troubleshooting: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001613/

If the troubleshooting is not helpful, and your carrier has done all they can do, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. For service in the U.S., you can take the phone to a local U.S. walk-in service location https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung or to ship the phone in for service, please reach out to us via one of the following options: 1.
