I can't reset my password in secure folder

I try everything but nothing is working I restarted my password for my account I don't see restart password and I try the password it was suppose to be and I am lock out. How can I open my secure folder? Please help

When I open to secure folder it says use password after restart and some space to type in

Ok after try passwords for like 3 days it show me the option to uninstall and it restarted for me thanks to your help

Going through this same problem... I have to wait three days and put in the wrong password right? Then I will get the option?
