Mobile data stays on and can't turn it off?

My cell phone switch to mobile data stays turn on I can't turn it off? What should I do? Get a new phone? Also that causing it to turn on my mobile data automatically when I am not using it? Help please?

In your wifi settings turn this off also apps that ask for data control in the permissions say no

Of its under warranty you can do a warranty repair or a insurance claim

My suggestion Try a manufacturer reset and if that doesn't work look into a replacement
