A Series & Other MobileI have the Galaxy A14 5G Android 13. Many time when I power off the phone goes into the "safe mode" without me doing anything. I have no idea what safe mode is and I do NOT want it to go to safe mode. Can someone help this old Luddite with this? Thank you.

A Series & Other MobileI, too, have a Galaxy A14 5G, but mine runs Android 14, and I don't experience the "safe mode" issue.
Also, "safe mode" just shuts off any app you've downloaded, and usually sets the phone into airplane mode.

A Series & Other Mobile@Members_hPS9tlG It sounds like you are holding down the volume down button while booting the phone. This boots it into safe mode.
