My phone won't work including Wi-Fi calling

Phone is not working, including wi-fi calling - What can I do? Can't even call or text provider.

Could be a sim card issue contact your carrier to see your sim card is activated on their network.

You mean it's not working as a phone.  You can't get text messages or wi-fi calling or make or receive phone calls? Obviously something is working, you are here.  All those things are carrier issues and you need to contact your carrier.  If you can't call or text them and have internet connectivity, you can either download and use their app (if they have one), try contacting them via social media or email them or visit a location.  Who is your carrier? You should always be able to reach them by dialing 611 on your phone, even if nothing else works.

I started laughing @ third sentence - thank you, it was an imei and sim card issues. But when I tried to use their app it was the heart of the issue. I literally had to use an old phone, which allowed me to call them over the internet. TRUE STORY. THANKS, at least I got a good laugh 🤣🤣🤣
