I understand how frustrating this is. If you have deleted a contact there are a couple of things you can do. One would be to restore a backup if the contacts were backed up. This would restore all contacts and any new ones not backed up would be erased. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00060517/ You can use this article to make sure your contacts are syncing properly. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001453/ If you are unsuccessful in restoring the contact, it would need to be readded manually. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00080368/
