Need help with network unlock

So I recently gotten a samsung galaxy a03s and it's samsung network locked but says phone not registered to any network how can I bypass that or is there a way around that

Samsung is not a cell carrier, so it cannot be Samsung network locked. You need to contact the cell carrier for the unlock code.

I don't know the unlock code I wasn't told one I bought this phone off someone

Then contact the owner of the phone and have them get the code to unlock it. If not you will have to use it on the carrier they had
Samsung is a phone manufacturer not a cell carrier
