Notifications to open Wi-Fi when none available?

I keep getting notifications of oppen wi fi available when none around

It always says that. Just because it says that doesn't mean you can connect to it without a password.

Just turn off network notifications in wifi advanced settings if you don't want it.

No. Anyone can have a open network. Just like mine. But you have to have the password.
