My Samsung Galaxy F62 SM-E625F display is not working, it's all black. But I can hear the alarm, so it means the phone is working. How do I recover data from this?

I cannot use the screenshot trick, as it doesn't show up automatically in my PC, I need to first open the lock and allow transfer of files. I can try using download mode, but I don't know the key combinations.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
