Hello Samsung community. Last week my mother bought a Samsung A54 from an estate sale. When I tried to set it up the phone still had a google account connected to it, preventing me from continuing. The original owner is dead. Is there anything I can do?

Contact google and explain the situation, Google can reset the Google account , show them the obituary notice. It may take a little time and keep escalating . Problem solved. š
