I have a A15 5g and the sound from the speaker is very quiet I am unable to hear anyone speak so making calls is impossible. The media speaker is fine. Any help would be much appreciated. TIA

I suggest you either reboot your phone or check your speakers for any particals that may be in there... Now, it could be water damage, which would require a repair!
