How to resolve the issue of green vertical line that appears on screen of Samsung A73?

Thank you so much for posting. Welcome to the Samsung Community. It appears that your A73 has green vertical green lines interfering with the clear view of your display.

Please, make sure your device is up-to-date. If your device is running on the most recent software, try to perform a soft reset your device by holding the power and down button until phone restarts. 
You may want to check if a third party app is causing the screen issue.  Press the Power button> hold the power off button until screen shows reboot in Safe mode> tap ok. If green lines are no longer visible a third party app is causing the issue. You may want to uninstall recently installed apps. If the lines are still present the lines may not be caused by a third party app and restarting your phone will get you out of Safe Mode. 
You may want to consider a Full Factory Reset. This will attempt to resolve deeper software issues. This will return your device to factory settings. All of your data will be erased. Before performing this reset it is highly advised to back up all of your data. To perform the factory reset go to Settings> General management> Reset>Factory data reset> reset. 

If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. For service in the U.S., you can take the phone to a local U.S. walk-in service location https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung or to ship the phone in for service, please reach out to us via one of the following options:
