Dear Forum,

My Samsung A31 keeps disconnecting both SIM cards and SD card very often and reconnecting back most of the time, and not sometimes.

Doesn't seem to be a mere issue with the tray, as it looks and fits good in the slot.

Does anyone here have any similar experiences or possible solutions for this?
