Samsung A50 HEIF files don't convert when sharing

I have several HEIF photos that i tried share to my PC via bluetooth and in my settings i have the "Convert HEIF images when sharing" selected but it doesn't convert them.☹️

Not sure how you're "sharing" the image files with your PC, but converting while sharing only works with certain apps available in the sharing process when you select the share button. You can download a file converter from the Microsoft Store that should convert them to jped on your computer.

I'm sharing my photos with my PC via Bluetooth the files should be converted to jpeg by the phone.

Transferring files through Bluetooth to a PC is not sharing. You have to click the share button to initiate direct share, which provides a list of available apps you could share with. However, this process also doesn't always convert them correctly or at all.
