A Series & Other MobileThis problem has persisted for almost a month now, ot all started when I used USB tethering hot spot to my laptop and after disconnecting it, it kept on popping that notification, and my screen can't go to sleep. It only sleeps when I plug into the charger or OTG.

A Series & Other MobileHave you tried clearing the cache partition of the phone?
Turn off the device.
Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby key, then press and hold the Power key.
When the Android logo displays, release all three keys.
An ‘Installing system update’ message will show for 30 – 60 seconds before the Android system recovery menu options appear.
Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
Press Power key to select.
Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
Press the Power key to restart the device.

A Series & Other MobileHello,
I have the Galaxy S10e, and I have the same issue.
I got notification that my USB is connected then disconnected all the times. Consequently, the screen is always on, the phone heat up, and the batery is drained.
I cleared the cache in the USB Settings, I did a factory reset, and cleared the cache partition as explained.
Still here, nothing work. Is that a factory issue ?
