Samsung XCover Pro pattern unlock bypass?

I need help unlocking a phone that has 9 dots on the screen.  Is there anyway to do a system reset to bypass this feature?  I own a business and the owner of the phone was fired and didn't provide this information when she left.

You're going to have to get into the recovery menu and format the phone, keep in mind you're going to lose everything on the phone.

Unless she had the find my phone turned on and you know her Samsung Id and password I have zero ideas sorry
