Screen is warped on my Samsung A11

I have a Samsung A11 that has a curve in the case. I turned it off plugged it in on my night stand woke up the next morning and it was warped. Now the screen is coming off and most times I cant answer a call. I contacted straightalk and they wont help me, nor will trackfone. I love the samesubg galaxy but this is ridiculous.
