For an unknown reason I'm unable to restore my data with the encryption code I received with "enhanced data protection" the code had worked previously but recent repairs factory reseted my device. Is there another way to recover it?

Unfortunately, no. Did you put your phone in maintenance mode prior to the repairs? Maintenance mode in device care.1716857734837.jpg1716857735029.jpg

You can try logging into your Samsung cloud from a web browser on a computer, check for any recent backups. It's worth a try. If you have a backup you can recover your data by connecting your phone to your computer. You probably will have to turn off Auto Bloker, because it won't allow USB transfers. Let me know if you have any luck!!! 🤞

I didn't think about that. Autoblocker most likely prevented it. I'll try turning that off and if that doesn't work then I'll use the web option. Thank you

You're welcome!! You can retrieve your data from Samsung Cloud on a computer, even after a factory reset.
