A Series & Other MobileHey there! Welcome to the Community, and thank you for reaching out. It is certainly frustrating and inconvenient when your device is restarting on its own. Third-party apps can cause random or constant reboots to happen on your phone or tablet. Follow these steps to troubleshoot this issue. You can perform a software update, factory reset, or turn on Safe mode to determine if an app is causing the issue. Give this guide a try: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001475/
If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. For service in the U.S., you can take the phone to a local U.S. walk-in service location https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung or to ship the phone in for service, please reach out to us via one of the following options: 1. A Series & Other MobileMy A03 forced me to update today and now my phone has restarted on its own 3 times! How could this be caused by a third party app when the update started the issue. I should not have to reset my phone when the bug will probably still be on the phone. This bug needs fixed ita obviously caused by the update.
