WiFi calling still not working as I think it should. I have the phone on airplane with mobile data off and minutes are still being deducted when I use WiFi calling at home. Tracfone, when I can get someone, has been no help. I was on a chat the other day for almost an hour and all the sudden got disconnected. I had give the person a contact number in case we were disconnected, but never go a call back. I appear to have no issues when texting as not texts are being deducted when texting at home. Hoping someone on here has a solution, Tracfone sure does not!
I don't understand why they could not tell me that and then what would be the sense in using WiFi calling. I would like to see where on the website that is.
