"Serious software issue detected" keeps popping up on my phone. It says to install the latest software updates and if updated contact customer support. My software is up to date. I have a Samsung Galaxy A10e. I have no idea what I should be doing about this or even what the issue is.

does the message still pop up randomly?

Have you tried a factory reset? https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/

take it to ubreakifix or samsung care store nearby, or use this link to find service options: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/locations/

submit an error report if it still pops up

Samsung Members app > Get help > Send feedback > Error reports
