So I got bored and decided to finally say something to see if anyone else has had the same issue, but it also like me who really just didn't care. Hence why its taking me over a year to actually do it lol. Anyways, from the gate my computer hasn't been able to use the function of "Windows Hello-Face Cam Sign-in," As it continues to say either incompatible "WebCam" or it will say 'None Detected." Either of which is actually true. But for the life of me I don't see where to find such a TROUBLESHOOT that will be physically helpful for one and two not actually be ANYTHING Galaxy Phone related as i've come to realize most "galaxy flex" post are just that.....Phone Posts
